This is an anonymous, confidential space for you, the employee, to share your thoughts and feedback on inclusion and accessibility in your workplace.

Please take about 10 minutes to complete this survey. Only completed surveys will give us a better idea and tools to be able to have the broader conversation about these issues

This is a space where you can feel comfortable disclosing your own needs related to accessibility, and to give your honest opinion on what’s working well, and what needs to be improved, to help you and others bring their best selves to the workplace. The feedback you share will be used to improve policies, procedures, and overall workplace culture. We will also use survey results over time to track any progress made on inclusion and accessibility initiatives.

The information you share here is completely anonymousneither the Safe Space team nor your employer will know who you are. It is also confidential – our survey collection partner will never share your information with anyone but will be shared in form of a general report to help employers to improve their policies and practices.
There will never be any retribution for sharing your information here. That means you will not face negative consequences in your workplace for what you choose to share in the Safe Space tool.

The goal of the Safe Space tool is to measure progress towards diversity, inclusion, equity, and accessibility, and to help employers learn and improve so that everyone can benefit. We are grateful for your feedback.
